TrendIQ's Strategic Radar is a method of examining a set of factors across all companies - determining the relationship of these factors to each company in the analysis and how those relationships are changing over time.  Factors can be any item of interest - like other product features, sales tactics, personnel policies, etc.  The following graphics and text provide examples showing the output types available and the value of each.

This graphic shows the intensity of each of the companies with the PHP Platform (software area)  - at a single point in time.  This approach identifies who is using what approach in the market - where the factor elements are the approaches being utilized. 

 

Trend Information - VoIP Company's association with Subscription

    

This graphic shows the association of a set of companies within the VoIP Competitor Set and how they are associated with the practice of using Subscriptions as a service offering.  The chart shows levels (how they stack) and trends (how they change over time.)  The information is valuable for knowing who is stressing Subscriptions more and less (how they stack) - but also for early identification of strategy shifts where Subscriptions might be stressed more or less.
