Strategic Radar
TrendIQ's
Strategic Radar is a method of examining a set of factors across all
companies - determining the relationship of these factors to each
company in the analysis and how those relationships are changing over
time. Factors can be any item of interest - like other product
features, sales tactics, personnel policies, etc. The following
graphics and text provide examples showing the output types available
and the value of each.

This graphic shows
the intensity of each of the companies with the PHP Platform

approach identifies who is using what approach in the market -
where the factor elements are the approaches being utilized. |

This graphic shows
the association of a set of companies within the VoIP Competitor
Set and how they are associated with the practice of using
Subscriptions as a service offering. The chart shows
levels (how they stack) and trends (how they change over time.)
The information is valuable for knowing who is stressing
Subscriptions more and less (how they stack) - but also for
early identification of strategy shifts where Subscriptions
might be stressed more or less. |
